Following a mid-season trade from Utah to Toronto, Agbaji struggled to produce anything of note, averaging just 7.0 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 combined steals and blocks in 24.8 minutes per game over the final two months. Heading into the 2024-25 season, Agbaji's exact role remains somewhat unclear, although it will undoubtedly involve coming off the bench. At least to begin the season, Agbaji could play fewer minutes than he did to end the 2023-24 season, especially with Scottie Barnes back to full health. Agbaji will almost certainly get an opportunity to play an expanded role at some point, although predicting when that might happen is anyone's guess. Based on what we have seen to this point in his career, there is no reason to consider drafting Agbaji outside of deeper leagues.
