On the heels of back-to-back seasons as a starter with Carolina (in 2020) and Denver (in 2021), Bridgewater headed to Miami last year to work behind Tua Tagovailoa. Concussion issues limited Tagovailoa to 13 games, so Bridgewater ended up making five appearances (two starts) for the Dolphins in which he completed 49 of 79 passes for 683 yards, four touchdowns and four interceptions. With Mike White now slated to back up Tagovailoa this season, Bridgewater, who turns 31 in November, remains among the more notable free-agent signal-callers still available.
