The Titans had significant turnover in their secondary in 2022, giving McCreary the chance to step up in his rookie season. He played over 1,000 defensive snaps and showed some playmaking ability by breaking up eight passes and tallying one interception. However, he also surrendered seven touchdowns to opposing receivers and allowed 8.2 yards per target. McCreary isn't an outstanding athlete relative to his peers and isn't all that impressive in terms of size, though he should be able to diagnose opposing offenses more consistently and take a step forward in his sophomore campaign.
