A 2022 second-round pick, Andersen posted 69 tackles in 17 games as a rookie and was on track for a huge Year 2, totaling 19 tackles in two games, before being placed on season-ending IR due to a pectoral injury. He returned to practice at the end of 2023 but was never cleared for game action. Andersen was back on the field for the offseason program and should be full go in 2024. Kaden Elliss and Nate Landman had strong seasons in Andersen's absence, but the latter has a higher upside and should be able to reclaim a starting gig, which should make him a strong IDP option.
