The Seahawks drafted Horton in the fifth round this spring, adding much-needed speed to a WR room led by Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp. The Colorado State product played only six games in his final collegiate campaign, limited by a knee injury, but before that he had back-to-back seasons with eight touchdowns and more than 1,100 receiving yards. At 6-foot-3, 195 pounds, with 4.41 speed, Horton has a similar profile to that of new teammate Marquez Valdes-Scantling, who also represents the most likely competition for playing time. Neither is likely to draw a large number of targets, but there is an opportunity for spike games and best-ball value on the basis of occasional big gains deep downfield.
