The 15th overall draft pick in 2021, Jones played his way out of New England after failing to progress from his somewhat promising rookie season. His average target depth (6.9) and YPA (6.1) were both bottom 5 in the league last year, and his interception rate (3.5 percent) was the highest. By Week 13 he had lost the starting job and by season's end he had been demoted to third string. The Patriots traded him to Jacksonville in March where he will back up Trevor Lawrence. If Jones sees the field, he will at least have a talented supporting cast, but the lack of arm strength, athleticism and mobility caps his value, even in two-QB leagues.
