The Bengals spent a third-round pick on Battle in the 2023 NFL Draft, but have surprisingly only given him partial playing time in the first two years of his career. That looks to be changing heading into 2025, as Cincinnati has parted ways with Vonn Bell and have not brought in any additional competition at strong safety. In his first two seasons as a pro, Battle logged 949 defensive snaps, during which he's posted 129 tackles, eight passes defended and two picks. While simply setting that as the expectation may be a mistake, Battle should be in a good position to top 100 stops and emerge as a name to know in the IDP landscape.
