Anderson has established himself as one of the most impactful defensive lineman in the league after only two seasons and has been equally impactful in run and pass defense. That's illustrated by his production profile as measured by PFF, as he ranked 23rd among defensive ends in run stuffs and 20th in quarterback pressures. The primary downside to his production as a fantasy option is his opportunity. Anderson has averaged only 563 defensive snaps across his first two seasons. Other elites at the position, such as Maxx Crosby and even Myles Garrett, regularly top 750. If Anderson were ever to get that volume, he'd become one of the most valuable IDP options along the defensive line. However, Houston continues to boast strong depth at edge and pass rusher, so that step forward may not come in 2025.
