The Texans lost personnel up front this offseason, including linebacker and signal-caller Blake Cashman. That means the defense needs players to take on important roles in 2024. Harris, who began 2023 as a part-timer but finished as a full-timer, is expected to take on a larger role. He recorded 101 tackles, second only to Cashman's 106, and should return as an outside linebacker. Azeez Al-Shaair was signed as a free agent from Tennessee and should step into Cashman's spot at middle linebacker.
