Byron Young 2025 Fantasy Outlook

After a shockingly dominant start to his career in 2023, the third-round pick put up nearly identical numbers last season: 62 tackles, including 7.5 sacks, a pass defense and a forced fumble. Young was aided by Jared Verse stepping in alongside him to provide a two-headed monster at outside linebacker that kept opposing quarterbacks on their toes on every snap. The Rams spent a third-round pick on Josaiah Stewart to solidify the depth chart behind the talented duo, and Young should continue to act as a pillar on defense for the Rams in Year 3.
