Stafford's 2024 closely resembled his previous year, though he fell from QB15 to QB19 in fantasy. His on-target percentage was basically the same (72.0) and his average target depth (7.7 yards) was exactly the same. His YPA dropped only slightly (from 7.6 to 7.3), though he threw four fewer TDs in one extra game. He also curtailed an early season penchant for interceptions, going from 9/7 TD/INT in the first nine games to 11/1 in his last seven. This is pretty much what Stafford is now. He's fine as a second quarterback in two-QB leagues but doesn't approach anything more. The Rams released WR Cooper Kupp but signed Davante Adams, which perhaps will help Stafford's efficiency, and Puka Nacua is still a strong No. 1 target. Beyond that, there isn't much, though Kyren Williams is a threat in the backfield and coach Sean McVay is still around to call plays. Health has long been an issue for Stafford, even more so now at age 37, and he hasn't added much on the ground in about a decade. Still, you could do worse when looking for a second quarterback.
