Sinnott was a non-factor in his rookie season, recording just five catches for 28 yards and one TD while filling a depth role behind Zach Ertz. The 34-year-old Ertz will return on a one-year deal in 2025, and the Commanders also re-signed John Bates, who had three times as many receiving yards as Sinnott in 2024. Sinnott's certainly capable of beating Bates out for the top backup spot, but the 2024 second-round draft pick out of Kansas State appears unlikely to challenge Ertz for the starting role in 2025. It isn't unusual for TEs to take a year or two to spread their wings in the NFL, but Sinnott's dynasty value is fading, and his redraft value appears minimal at the moment.
