Hill's fighting an uphill battle to be ready for the start of the 2025 season after undergoing surgery in December to repair a torn ACL in his left knee. He'll also be 35 years old by the time the season starts, and the Saints could be reluctant to keep the jack-of-all-trades on their books at an $18 million cap hit. It's possible that Hill won't play another down in the NFL given the circumstances, but if he recovers and reclaims a role similar to the one he played pre-injury, Hill could be a nice fantasy asset in formats that grant him tight end eligibility. He had 278 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns in eight games last season while adding 23 catches for 187 yards on 31 targets. Most of Hill's production came as a rusher in a wildcat QB role, as he has averaged six rushing TDs over the past five seasons. He also has 11 receiving TDs and 11 passing TDs in his career.
