After racking up over 2,100 yards from scrimmage for Central Michigan in 2021, Nichols took a step back in his final collegiate season (just 729 total yards) and fell to the Packers in the seventh round of this year's draft. Green Bay possesses one of the top backfield duos in the league in Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon, so even if Nichols makes the cut, it'll be primarily as insurance. The third spot on the depth chart is up for grabs, though, and the bruising Nichols will be in the mix. However, he'll have to beat out both Patrick Taylor and Tyler Goodson - two players with more experience in Green Bay's system.
