Austin looked like an emerging player through four games last season. During that time, the receiver averaged three catches and 33 yards. However, the Steelers offense was a mess. The team relied heavily on their rushing attack. That led to Austin catching six passes for 44 yards over his last 13 games. Although it's possible that Austin sees an increase in snaps this season, but the receiver may have to hold off rookie Roman Wilson for a prominent role in the offense. Also, it is worrisome that Arthur Smith is the offensive coordinator. The new coach will likely continue to feature the run game. As a result, Austin may not see enough targets to have a breakout season.
