Williams' Denver career never quite panned out, but Dallas is placing a one-year bet that he can tap back into the tackle-breaking explosiveness he showed in college at North Carolina. As much as Williams never broke out in Denver, his 2021 rookie year was a clear success and his 2022 sophomore year was ended by a severe knee injury that may have limited him in 2023 as well. The Cowboys have the option of running a rotation between Williams, Miles Sanders and rookie fifth-round pick Jaydon Blue. Sanders is likely a rushing specialist, and Blue might be an in-space specialist, but Williams' versatility makes him a slight favorite to get the most playing time after logging 859 yards from scrimmage on 543 snaps in 2024. If Williams can separate from Sanders and Blue, then there could be considerable fantasy value. Anchored by Tyler Smith and 12th overall pick Tyler Booker at guard, Dallas might have the league's best interior - and perhaps best power-blocking - offensive line.
