Davis is arguably the most reliable member of New Orleans' aging defensive core. The 35-year-old tallied over 100 tackles for the sixth year in a row last season with 121, which marked the second-highest mark of his career. Davis also has missed just one regular-season game since joining the Saints in 2018. New Orleans' linebacker corps includes an ascending young player in Pete Werner and a dynamic veteran in Willie Gay. While these two should take some of the load off his back, Davis still is the headliner and will continue to vie for a team high in tackles in the upcoming campaign.
