Njoku has performed admirably through a series of underwhelming QB situations in Cleveland, so he'll be well prepared to handle a 2025 QB room currently consisting of Kenny Pickett and Deshaun Watson, the latter of whom is recovering from a second Achilles rupture suffered in January. Njoku had his own injury issues in 2024, ending the season on IR due to a knee injury and playing 11 games, which marked the second-lowest total of his eight-year NFL career. He scored five TDs in those 11 games and averaged 45.9 receiving yards per game, not far behind Njoku's average of 50.3 yards per game over the previous two seasons. The veteran TE has averaged 7.3 targets per game over that three-year span and is expected to slot in as the No. 2 option in Cleveland's passing game again in 2025 behind WR Jerry Jeudy. This will be the age-29 season for Njoku, so recent aging curves for TEs suggest he still has a couple of prime years left and is well positioned for another borderline top-10 fantasy finish.
