Slayton is back for another season as the deep threat in Brian Daboll's offense, following a 2024 campaign in which 31 percent of his targets and yardage occurred during the two games Malik Nabers missed. Never a target hog, Slayton otherwise flew under the radar even more so than usual last year, averaging 1.5 catches for 27.2 yards on 3.4 targets in 10 games after Nabers returned from concussion protocol. The 28-year-old has four seasons of more than 700 receiving yards but none with 800, and he hasn't scored more than four TDs in a year since netting eight as a rookie back in 2019. There's not much of a ceiling to be had, especially in PPR formats, but Slayton doesn't face much competition for a top-three role and may benefit from playing with QBs Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston rather than Daniel Jones. A return to his 2022-23 level of production thus appears possible, after slumping to 573 yards and two TDs last year.
