Dalton Kincaid

Kincaid seemed poised for a big sophomore season after posting 555 yards over the last 11 games of his 2023 rookie campaign, but he instead regressed to 448 yards in 13 regular-season games while scoring just two TDs for a second straight year. Knee injuries slowed him down for part of 2024, but the bigger problems were lackluster blocking (which impacted his playing time) and a 58.7 percent catch rate (worst among qualified pass catchers with an aDOT below 8.0). Kincaid's 10 red-zone targets were double the total of teammate Dawson Knox, but 15 other tight ends had more, as the Bills scored 32 of their 62 offensive touchdowns on the ground and didn't have a player exceed five receiving TDs. The only real positive for Kincaid last year was a 29.0 percent target rate, good for second among TEs and up from 22.5 percent his rookie season. He didn't give the Bills much reason to continue feeding him, but it's nonetheless too early to completely write off a recent first-round pick who caught 73 passes as a rookie.
