Goedert has consistently profiled as a borderline fantasy starter at TE, averaging 50.7 receiving yards per game over the past five seasons. He was right in line with that average in 2024, though Goedert's seasons totals of 42 catches for 496 yards and two touchdowns on 52 targets look underwhelming because he was limited to 10 appearances by hamstring and knee injuries. The 30-year-old tight end delivered similar per-game production in the postseason, accumulating 215 yards and one TD across four games during Philadelphia's playoff run, which culminated with a victory in Super Bowl LIX. Goedert has spent his entire seven-year career with the Eagles, but trade rumors have been swirling around him in the offseason as the Eagles face difficult financial decisions with their roster. If he stays in Philly, Goedert's upside is capped as the third option in the passing game behind WRs A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, especially since Philadelphia does so much damage on the ground near the goal line between Saquon Barkley runs and Jalen Hurts tush pushes. Goedert has exceeded three TDs only once in the past five seasons, scoring four in 2021, but a change of scenery could lead to increased red-zone usage for the 6-foot-5 TE.
