You don’t get 9 yards per carry by taking off whenever you feel like it, he’s definitely smart about only scrambling when there’s a good opportunity to do so

“He’s a beast. You see a different energy out there… We’re just challenging him to bring it everyday… You play a good game, you gotta come back and do it again. If you don’t, you get a chance to answer it the next week.”
Despite the protection issues and lack of run game today, #Patriots OC Josh McDaniels reminded us that he is a fantastic play-caller.
McDaniels schemed big plays up for Mack Hollins (50-yard TD) and TreVeyon Henderson (70-yard TD) — both players were WIDE open in the secondary.
