He joins New England via the International Player Pathway.
The #Patriots are placing WR Mack Hollins, TE Austin Hooper, OT Vederian Lowe and LB Jahlani Tavai on the active/PUP list — CB Carlton Davis III, S Josh Minkins and WR Jeremiah Webb will be placed on the active/non-football list, per @MikeReiss.
