Commissioner help
We have a 10 team family league, very competitive for the most part, but one team has lost 3 straight close games and first tried to trade all his good players to his wife, the league vetoed this but now he has all his players on the bench so anyone who plays him gets a free win. What’s the right move here, should I just lock his team and start the players myself?

I like the idea of locking his team and setting his lineup with his best players. If he wants to be petty, why not do this until he can be an adult about it
