CMC could legit be the #1 fantasy player, if he stays healthy, but that is a big IF?

My Plan would be to go RB first and then bet on those upside WRs like Pearsall, McMillan, Golden etc.
Maybe Hampton is there aswell, then its an obvious thing for me.
