First time playing dynasty and inherited a league. If it’s in rebuild mode are you selling all your assets? Like should I give away dk for a pick?

Trade your older assets, but strategically, like wait until mid season when all the teams are looking for players to get them over the hump and into the playoffs. They will give you better trade value then. Or wait until Metcalf goes off one game and put him on the block. Get picks, but try to get rookies or 2nd year players with upside. Maybe a Burden, or a first and see if they'll throw in Higgins or Noel or Royals. Guys that might go off next year. I'd be targeting Judkins to see if I could get him for a couple seconds or part of another trade.
