I’m very strong at WR, and need a little more depth at RB, but don’t like drafting on need in rookie drafts

So a guy is trying to buy BTJ from me in a 12 team start 8. And since that significantly reduces the number of valuable players, I want a haul for BTJ. So as an initial feeler, I offered BTJ for Tet & 2 late firsts (like all but guaranteed to be between 1.09 - 1.12)…. He told me BTJ wasn’t worth Tet 1 for 1… I’m speechless rn…
