Dynasty league; drafting only rookies. I have the 3rd pick and all but guaranteed that Henderson or Hampton will be there for the taking. If both are available, which should I take? A couple weeks ago I was 100% taking Hampton, but Traveon just keeps rocketing up on everyone’s radar.

Hampton profiles as a three down back, has the draft capital, and is running in a greg roman offense with a HC that wants to run the ball. He may share carries with Najee later in the season, but for dynasty purposes Najee won't be around forever. Henderson has had to split workloads even in college to stay healthy. I'd go Hampton

Hampton had 1st rd draft capitol, rbs with that draft cap hit at a higher rate. And his situation is better with the scheme and Najee not being there either

Hampton given the 3 down potential he showed in college unlike Henderson who more likely profiles as change of pace back - not saying he cant develop it
