Do yall take a RB and WR from same team or try to avoid it? For example taking Rashee and Pacheco

It is a factor, but its the very last factor. If I have a same-tier player vs the said RB then it may make a difference for me depending on team/draft build, but if I dont have anyone else in the same tier, im not tiering down to grab another player because of it.

I don't really care, sometimes it's hard to avoid it. I try to look at them as individual players., unless its two WR's on the same team .
