I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but I thought I would drop it here. I am one team short in a dynasty league, team is horrible, no one wants it. Can I, as the commissioner, control the team, draft, free agents, etc. for the year to try and improve it and maybe have better chance at finding a taker next year?

Im in a 10 team SF dynasty start 11, .5 TEP. I have an offer in my in box: he gives me Hurts and Travis ETN and I give him Purdy and Ty Warren. Should I accept or pass or ask for a 2026 or 2027 3rd too? My TE’s are Bowers, Warren, Loveland, Pitts, Waller. My QB’s are Purdy, Kyler, Dak and ARich. Thanks!
