Should we do 3RR for a 10-team SF Dynasty Start-up? I have never done it before, what are the pros and cons?

I usually favor 3rr for leagues, not necessary for 10 team. The idea is to balance picking late and missing studs in the 1st round, not sure that applies in smaller leagues as much.
