if there's a team that is RB poor you can send an offer for the second round pick, you never know, and there is no draft class deep enough to just draft a starter in the third round, people do it every year but they got lucky, I picked up Puka off waivers 30 minutes after his rookie draft, l liked the idea of him with the Rams, thought it could work, but had no idea he would be what he has been, I got lucky
