I think ARich is a decent buy low risk. But I don’t think this constitutes “buy low”. Coker, to me, is the better buy low play.
I’d offer Stafford and the 2.08 and maybe a mid-late 3rd assuming you have the roster space to carry these guys for a bit

Someone took over a top heavy, neglected #8 draft slotted orphan in a 12 team SF. They have a solid foundation with depth deficiencies up and down the roster.
