There will be 4 different 12 team leagues.
Each league drafts and plays the regular season as normal, top 6 teams make the playoffs with top 2 receiving a bye into the 16 team bracket.
After week 1 of the playoffs (week 13) the winners from the 6/3 matchup and 4/5 matchup, along with the top 2 seeds will move on to the 16 team bracket. (4 teams from each of the 4 leagues).
Teams will be reseeded 1 through 16 based on overall record.
