After a lackluster final season at Alabama that ended early due to a foot injury, McClellan fell to the Falcons in the sixth round of the 2024 Draft. He doesn't excel in any particular area but does offer a well-rounded skill set that could make him effective depth in the NFL. McClellan won't gain many more yards than his blocking creates, but he can contribute as a receiver and in pass protection. Bijan Robinson is locked into the top role in the backfield and Tyler Allgeier is a reliable backup, but McClellan could provide insurance if injuries hit.
