Guyton's rehab from a torn ACL suffered during Week 3 of the 2022 campaign ultimately kept him on the PUP list for the first eight weeks of the 2023 season, and he was mostly uninvolved in the Chargers' aerial attack upon his eventual return, posting a 10-89-1 line on 21 targets across eight games. Guyton stays in the division after landing with the Raiders in free agency, but 23-year-old Tre Tucker already provides the wide receiver room with a serviceable deep threat, while Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers and Michael Gallup figure to limit Guyton's opportunities as well.
