ESPN's 3-year outlook Power Rankings has some questionable teams ahead of the Celtics:
Clippers (5th)
Warriors (6th)
Hawks (12th)
Tatum might be hurt, but he's a top-5 player at just 27. Add Brown & White, and Boston's top 3 is better than any of those teams
