I think we do nothing. See how this plays out after the bye. The team is I believe the youngest in the NFL. I feel we have to run a bit more,that means running Wilson into the play book more, so we can keep Jacobs a 3 down back with some rest. This should be able to keep our D rested as well.

Yeah aging corners aren’t the best option on one year deals, Douglas also cost the Packers literally nothing to acquire at first and nobody saw him being as impactful as he was. Flipping him for a 5th was masterclass by Gute and tell me, just how effective has Douglas been AFTER that trade? Very little. Plus, GB has already traded 2 picks away for 2026, highly doubt they trade away anymore to bring in another bench warmer.
More so, why on earth would we trade an ascending young talented WR? Considering Reed is on IR, Watson still is out… trading Wicks leaves us with Romeo (on contract year) and Golden who’s only a rook. Are you seeing why this doesn’t make any sense yet? Let’s go into the remainder of the season with 2 healthy WRs and pray Malik Heath can show up. Call me crazy but I think this is a dumb idea. Especially when you consider the fact that Cb hasn’t been that detrimental thus far this season. Nixon is playing outside of his mind and our defense has been incredible in 3/4 games. In fact, the poor performance they put on against Dallas wasn’t even the fault of the defense so much as it was the ineptitude of our offense maintaining drives and giving our defense a break. But I’m guessing you didn’t know that. 👍3
