Emeka Egbuka is the best pick at 1.09 because he offers the strongest long-term value for a rebuilding team. In a Superflex PPR format, while quarterbacks are important, Jaxson Dart isn't a high enough prospect to justify a first-round rookie pick. RJ Harvey is an exciting running back but, given the shorter career span of running backs and your rebuilding timeline, investing in a wide receiver like Egbuka makes more sense. He has strong college production, good NFL Draft capital projections, and the potential to develop into a reliable starter over time, aligning perfectly with your team's long-term goals.
