I would take 1.01, Cook is nearing 26, barely got to 1k rushing, and with him wanting a $15mil/yr extension, I expect him to be out of Buffalo next year. 1.01 would get you Jeanty, who is going to be in between Top 5 in year 1 and will only get better, no matter the team.
