This is my roster. Decent at the top but no depth. Should I tier down from someone or try to just wing it on the waiver wire?

Yes that's pretty much it. Rest is deep deep pieces and roster fillers.

<@Tilman> all depends on what guys in your league will give you. If you can tier down from Hurts slightly for a solid 8-12 ranked QB + a solid player that’s an option - but I love Hurts so I’m also 100% fine keeping him
Best option is probably to see how the draft goes. If Ward gets to 1.03 could take him & ship Stafford to a QB needy team for a RB, or just draft a RB at 1.03 and ride it out. Wouldn’t be too needy to make moves with that squad
