Samuel rushed four times against the Bucs and logged 171 attempts in the B1G. The Panthers are going to have to get creative in Christian McCaffrey's absence. Banking on Samuel rushing-game usage seems like an easy path to a letdown, but there is a legitimate possibility it gooses his Week 3 fantasy numbers if you're forced to start him as a WR4.
