This signing says much more about Estime and Jaleel than RJ Harvey. JK Dobbins is an efficient runner when healthy, signed at low cost for more reliable depth. Harvey still has the clearest runway for the lions share of touches. Buy any fear / ambiguity, especially as camp rolls on, and pray for health & ball security.
