Full season and offseason NFL workout program. And more work with WR coaches on more intricate routes should do wonders for Franklin. I know it’s lazy because of the stature comparison, but this guy could get close to a DeVonta Smith ceiling. Broncos get their act together in the run game and Troy’s gonna blow the top off of a lot of secondaries next year. Especially if what Marvin Mims flashed at the end of the season is a real thing.
