Something people don’t realize is a factor too is that Jones is more experienced, but he’s also not good under pressure when a game is on the line. Richardson plays at his best when stakes are high. I’m not a colts fan, but if I were to wake up tomorrow and find myself coaching the colts down 7 on my own 25 in a wild card with 5 minutes left in the fourth, I’m starting Richardson on that drive 10/10 times. He’s just got that intangible clutch factor where he can make miracles happen, mostly due to his unbelievable athleticism

He’s showed improved decisiveness
Still throwing dimes downfield (two called back by penalty).
Flashed rushing capability (honestly don’t do that in preseason, bro)
Other than a couple misses on some short pitch and catch the RB, he looked great. He needs to continue to grow in the short passing game and middle of the field but this is the improvements we are looking for.
Colts, don’t give up on this kids.

If he manages to get in the 70-80% range from 0-10 from his drop back position, and 60-70% from 10-20, and stays where he’s at on deep balls accuracy, he’ll be one of the best QBs in the league

I'll take any good news about Richardson. Can he keep this momentum going?
