Colts front office made a major mistake with Richardson this year when they benched him. He got injured his rookie season, and put up major stats before he was out as a rookie. he then entered his 2nd season coming off of injury and missed most of the offseason.
They should make it his job to lose this coming season, and be understanding of him being a young qb with a rocky start plagued with injuries. So much talent and they're fing with his head. Should be putting their faith in him and supporting him, not telling him he's a disappointment and threatening his job.
I hope he goes somewhere else where he's appreciated. He could be an absolute stud in the right landing spot.
