This is purely speculation, but if I had to guess based on that, he was joking around with teammates in the locker room after the game. He probably went to the bathroom and was peeing blood, probably a lacerated kidney. Like I said, though this is just a speculation.

I cant lie...... Im a DJ fan.... I drafted him in my fantasy league because of all the talk about the Bears and their upgraded OL. Was actually excited for the start of the season as a Bears fan. I have yet to watch a game but some of these highlights are awful..... if they say they improved their OL and it got a big upgrade then who's fault is it that they still play like they are a DII penalties last night was INSANE! Seems like Williams is content with just lobbing the ball 40 yards and praying Rome catches it.... he plays like he has no TE, and 1 and a half WRs. Has anyone watched a game? Is Everyone else covered.... is DJ and Cole failing to create space or is Williams thar predictable? DJ should be getting 70-90 yards a game.... I have a feeling this will end bad for the Bears. first OC Will be replaced after 2 years they will be ready to part ways with Williams. Hes playing nothing like he did at USC. Everyone knows if he has the ball for longer than 3-4 seconds he's going to Rome 80% of the time..... are Rome and Williams in a relationship or something? Asking for a friend

I will say at least they used DJ in the offense more than he has been being used but my god he just hasn't been scoring fantasy points lol
