The risk is if they decide to just pepper Otton or spread the ball between him and Tez. Shepard isn’t a standout WR so it’s hard to trust even as a flex. That being said, if he does get the volume he’ll cruise this week since Baker will need someone to step up. He’s averaging around 5 targets per game till now, so I’d expect 8+ given the opportunity.
