Yes I think it’s bad to drop Kupp for Tre Tucker. Tucker is bait in anything other than best ball unless you’re extremely desperate. He’s a pure deep threat WR2 so he’s gonna put up next to nothing on weeks where the raiders aren’t playing from multiple TDs down but are still in the game. Also he happened to get accurate balls this week, but Geno has not looked good and the o line has looked abysmal, so you can’t count on him coming down with them every week. Like I said, treat him like off brand Jameson Williams.
Unless he does this again next week and starts running routes where Meyers normally does instead of just being their deep threat when they’re down multiple scores, he’s bait. If people are souring on a guy like Henderson or Jeanty, I’d rather trade Kupp for them instead if possible.

There was no reason for Kupp to get any volume because he’s old and injury prone and it was a blowout. This isn’t the norm.
