An ankle injury limited Tannehill to 12 games last season in a rough year for the Titans' passing game. He threw for less than 200 yards in half his games and totaled just 13 TD passes. The development of last year's first-round pick Treylon Burks and a likely bounce-back in the red zone after a below-average 20.0 TD pass percentage should help, as should the addition of DeAndre Hopkins -- but the Titans still figure to run the ball a lot after finishing fifth in rush percentage last year. What's more, Tannehill's rushing fell off last year even before his injuries and may not come back in his age-35 campaign. If the offense struggles again or the team isn't in the mix for a playoff spot, rookie second-round pick Will Levis could replace Tannehill as the starter.
